Belly Casting

Still waiting to see if they are gonna do anything about the fluid level, but i did get my belly cast today. I'm ready to see the finished product...it still needs sanded and painted. I have attatched some pictures so you can see too...

    Danielle,

    I think this is really great that you are posting about your journey. Saw your dad a couple weeks ago and he is very proud of you. I think you are very courageous! Also, I was wondering what the belly cast does?

    I "know" you from inspire preemie board and read the blog daily just to see how you and your little man are doing and I wanted to encourage you to be proactive in you and your sons care. At his size/gestational age I would be very worried about cord compression and unless they absolutely refuse to do so I would tell them that it is time to get that baby out. I had to do that at 34 weeks with my daughter and after delivering me they said they were glad I insisted because my placenta was clotting and abrupting.

    thanks so much for the advice i have been worrying about cord compression and am gonna talk to them tomorrow about moving the delivery day up :)
